Refunds are applicable only for eligible courses and plans as explicitly mentioned on the course or payment page. Not all courses or subscriptions are refundable.

2. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Courses where a significant portion of content has been accessed
  • Downloaded or consumed digital materials
  • Live classes already attended or completed
  • Promotional or discounted purchases
  • Subscription renewals

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your registered email address, course details, and reason for the refund. Requests without sufficient information may be delayed or rejected.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Account Termination After Refund

Once a refund is processed, access to the refunded course or subscription will be revoked immediately.

Sankalp E-Learning reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform.
